The Highways Agency is responsible for looking after the motorways and trunk roads in England. By reducing congestion, improving safety, and keeping drivers informed, we help make journeys safer and more reliable.

Our Procurement Division continues to develop beyond delivering a process. We’re working to actively encourage and demand best practice and innovation from our Supply Chains to fulfil the three central aims of our Procurement Strategy: Value for Money, Confidence in Delivery and Sustainability. You’ll help us to do this by managing and developing our teams and by leading the implementation of our Procurement Strategy. This will see you providing strategic leadership on procurement matters and achieving our targets through your ability to build and manage relationships in a complex environment. To do all this you must have a successful track record in leading a procurement functional area or as a procurement business partner at a senior level. We’re looking for Group Managers in the following locations: Birmingham, Leeds or Bedford.
