Computer People are working in partnership with a Global IT Solutions Provider within the Retail industry to recruit a talented Service Account Manager to be based in Bedfordshire.

As a Service Account Manager with my market leading client you will be responsible for achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction, protecting and growing revenue, whilst managing the day to day relationship with your customer. Responsibilities will include;

- Ensuring products and services to the customer meet the agreed SLAs

- Establishing strong internal and external relationships

- Driving service improvement plans, monitoring customer service KPIs

- Holding regular service meetings

- Identifying risks and opportunities for contracted services revenue

- Managing the customer contract

- Support service contract definition

- Raising orders

This is an exciting role that combines customer management with IT services delivery and is perfect for a commercially aware Service Manager with a proven track record within the retail industry. The successful applicant must have previous experience within a similar role.
