Training Instructor - Avionics Or Mechanical

Due to a significant increase in training demand, the Training Department has opportunities for Instructors in all Aircraft Engineering disciplines.¢??¢?? You will join an established team of multi-disciplined engineers to work on course development and presentation of a range of technical subjects using the latest tools and training technology.¢??¢?? Subjects will include core skills and structures /¢??¢??system for:

• EASAPart 66 modules
• Military
• Business
• Regional
• CommercialAircraft

Activities will include:Construction of course syllabi, presentation design and the development of course notes to the standards required in accordance with EASA Part 147.¢??¢??

Take responsibility for complete work packages, making a significant contribution to the training team¢??s function and capabilities

Provide opportunity to gain experience across a broad spectrum of activities and the development of technical expertise will be encouraged.¢??¢??

Experience/¢??¢??Qualifications

• Oneor more aircraft type courses/¢??¢??approvals on the above subject areas.¢??¢??
• Aworking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Paint Shop Pro.¢??¢??
• Instructionalbackground or strong supervisory skills
• Willingnessto travel
• Goodcommunication, motivational and leadership skills.¢??¢??
• Theability to work on their own initiative.¢??¢??

Training will be available to develop instructional capability including both managerial and technical skills as needed.¢??¢??
