Main Duties

‚? The post-holder will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to an allocated caseload of patients under the direct supervision from a senior member of the nursing team.

‚? Developing and implementing individualised care plans for patients in accordance with the clinical MDT guidelines.

‚? Monitoring patient progress through observation and assessment you will write reports and feedback to review meetings, working win a multidisciplinary environment.

‚? You will supervise Healthcare Workers who form part of the nursing team and assist in their clinical practice skills development.Skills and Experience

‚? With post qualification experience, ideally gained working in a secure forensic environment, you will be able to demonstrate continuous professional development.

‚? A flexible approach is required and the successful candidates must be able to use their initiative and work effectively win a team, whilst adopting safe working practices in line with current legislation.

‚? Knowledge of NMC Code of Conduct and of current legislation including the Mental Health Act 1983 is essential. QualificationsFirst level RMH/RNMH/RNLD.
