Your Responsibilities:
Solution Definition to understand business requirements and develop a solution exploiting our client's capabilities and Oracle Product capabilities to maximize business benefit. Including complex implementations involving multiple product suites such as Financials, Supply Chain and CRM
Subject Matter Expertise: to act as expert point of reference on the Oracle Projects Suite across the practice
Team Leadership: to drive, mentor and motivate a team of Oracle ERP consultants on client sites
Business Development: to proactively participate in bid design, proposal solutioning and client presentation.
Your Skills:
Proven expertise in the Oracle ERP Projects Suite with multiple end to end implementation experience across various industries
Vast experience win the IT Consulting and/or Outsourcing industry
Excellent communicator at all levels, able to present to CxO as well as mentor and advise colleagues
A keen interest in developing your career and getting involved in the strategic implications of growing a practice.
