About the Job
Primarily front of house customer services role. dealing with walk-ins and telephone customers. Selling of products and the related administration. Required to use computer system and organise day effectively and work efficiently. Will be able to work as part of a small team but also on your own as shift patterns dictate that periods of work will be under no supervision and so must haven proven history of responsibility and trustworness. Client is looking for an outgoing, personable applicant who can talk to people face to face and over the telephone. Candidate should have previous sales and customer service experience and also be able to work under own initiative.Computer literacy. Excellent Communication skills & Telephone manner.
