With offices based in Chesterfield and Derby we are ideally suited to service the South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire marketplace. Our Management team have over 25 years experience in specialist recruitment and have employed a team of staff all with a background in the industry. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. Our client is a specialist in their unique market sector - they are constantly growing so as to enforce their dominance as a market leader. As a business they collate and report information from across the globe. They are currently looking for a flexible part time permanent Accounts Administrator.Around 25 hours per week - working preferably over the full week. ( 10am or 11am until 3pm or 4pm)The role will incorporate- Providing administrative and Bookkeeping support to the company administrator- Logging payments received either by cheques or BACS and allocating payments to invoices on the financial system- Reconciling bank statements each month against receipts- Sending out end of month statements and reports- Credit control via phone, letter, email and fax- General office dutiesThis role requires someone with all round accounts experience and excellent communication skills - credit control experience would also be a preference.The ideal candidate will have had exposure to an accounts role and be able to prioritise their workload in an organised fashion. You will be able to work on your own initiative as there will be times in the day that you will be unsupervised.
